Small Wonder Boutique is a family-run children's boutique based in Denham Springs, Louisiana. We're a home-based, online-only shop — we don't have a walk-in storefront, but we ship to addresses throughout the United States. What are your shipping rates and how long does delivery take?
Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays; busy seasons may take a little longer, and we'll email you if so). Standard shipping is $8.00, or free on orders of $100 or more, with delivery in 3 to 7 business days after the order ships. Express shipping is $15.00, with delivery in 1 to 3 business days after shipping. Delivery estimates start once your order ships, not when you place it, and are estimates from the carrier rather than guarantees. What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they're unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Items marked "Final Sale" and gift cards can't be returned. To start a return, email swonderboutique@gmail.com with your order number and the items you're returning, and we'll reply within 2 business days with instructions. You're responsible for return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or something arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover it. Once your return arrives, we inspect it and confirm approval within 3 business days; approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes — email us and we'll exchange it for the same style in a different size if it's in stock. If it's not in stock, we'll refund you instead.
