Returns and Refunds

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached. Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email swonderboutique@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the items you're returning.
We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Ship the items back with tracking. Please keep your tracking number, because we can't refund packages that don't arrive.

Please don't send items back before we reply. Returns sent without approval may be delayed.

Return shipping

You pay for return shipping, unless we sent the wrong item or an item that was damaged or defective. In that case we cover return shipping.

Refunds

We'll inspect your return when it arrives and email you within 3 business days to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card company. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, email us and we'll exchange it for the same style if it's in stock. If it isn't, we'll refund you instead. Sizing varies between brands, so please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. We'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.

Cancelling an order

Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already shipped, you can return it under this policy.
