1. Who we are

This website is operated by Sarah Frawley, doing business as Small Wonder Boutique ("we," "us" or "our"), a sole proprietorship located in Louisiana. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Our products are for children, but purchases must be made by an adult.

3. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors can look different on different screens, and sizing varies between brands, so please check the size chart on each product page. We may correct errors or update product information at any time.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. Payment is due when you place your order. If we find a pricing error after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

An order confirmation email is not our acceptance of your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because an item is out of stock, a price is wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund it in full.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and our Refund and Return Policy are part of these terms.

7. Product use and safety

Children should be supervised when wearing our products. Please read and follow the care label on every item. Remove any loose tags, strings or packaging before use, and stop using an item if it becomes damaged.

8. Intellectual property

The photos, text, logos and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission. Other brands' names on our products belong to their owners.

9. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, submit false information, interfere with how the site works, or try to gain access to accounts or systems that aren't yours.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Except where the law says otherwise, the site and products are provided "as is," and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Louisiana or federal consumer law that cannot be waived.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, unless the law requires otherwise.
